I recommend Nick to be your realtor. After mom died we had a house to sell and being from out-of-state it seemed daunting. I scheduled a visit to the house to go through mom's things and meet with realtors to make a choice. I contacted 7 different realtors and Nick was the only one that took the time to meet with my wife and I personally at the home to discuss the potential sale. He was personable, knowledgeable and eager to assist us. And he did just that. He handled all that needed to be done locally, including having the house cleaned for showings. He did a fantastic job in negotiations with the new buyer that earned us more money than we were willing to accept. He got the house sold from listing to closing in less than 60 days.
